Custom Gunite Pools in Georgetown, TX

Custom Gunite Pools for Georgetown Homes & Buildings

Gunite is the most common pool type in Central Texas, and it gives you complete freedom on shape, depth and features. Tanning ledges (baja shelves) are especially popular in Georgetown, since they give kids and adults a shallow place to lounge in the heat.

Much of the Georgetown area sits on limestone, often just below the topsoil. Digging through rock can require a hydraulic hammer or other heavy equipment and is one of the biggest variables in pool cost here. Ask builders how they price rock excavation.

Rock and clay: the Central Texas factor

Other parts of Williamson County have expansive clay that swells when wet and shrinks in drought. Good builders account for this with engineering, steel and drainage designed for the site.
